Product Developer Feature: Maria Rosario Mejias
Maria loves to try new recipes. Her most recent creation is inspired by our Chefs’ Council member, Juan Contreras’ (@atelier.crenn ) caramel apple choux. Adding her own spin, Maria created pastries made with pâte à choux with craquelin, filled with caramel sauce, apple compote, hazelnut butter, fresh apples, hazelnut/caramel ganache, garnished with candied apples, toasted hazelnuts and a dusting of apple peel powder.
