Cocktail of the Year
CCD Innovation’s Chefs’ Council® member H. Erhmann won the Cocktail of the Year at the 2018 SF Worlds Spirit Competition! The winning recipe made with Banhez Mezcal features Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rose liqueur with Marie Brizard Poivre à Sichuan liqueur, lemon juice and grapefruit bitters. We suspect there will be a hot trend of Pamplemousse Mezcal cocktails this summer in response. Read more here.
